We know that time is one of the most important factors when choosing a print partner. We have created a turnaround process that allows most jobs to leave the print house quickly, and still allows them to adhere to our strict quality standards.
The On-Time Guarantee provides peace of mind. Once you have the finalized art to us and approved, we will do everything in our power to reach your delivery due date (or do anything we can to make it right). Please note the Print-Ready time-frame doesn’t begin until the start of the next business day. Expedited shipping charges due to late art approvals or file submission are the responsibility of the client.
Most of our clients opt to proof their design prior to Print-Ready status, but you can choose to waive that if time is of a concern. At that point, you are accepting full responsibility for any errors or issues with files.

All of the prints that leave our house have undergone several quality check points. From color match to finish integrity, you can be sure that our experts have examined your pieces to make sure they’re up to par with our (and more importantly, your) quality standards.
If you feel that the quality of your finished print doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know so that we can remedy it as soon as possible.

We want you to be happy with your print pieces – when you succeed, we do too. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will reprint it at no charge, or refund you your purchase price.

Now for the fine print:
1. Refund does not apply to shipping claims. We will reprint orders damaged or lost by UPS, FedEx, or other mailing/shipping vendors.
2. We do reserve the right to ask that the original product be returned prior to reprinting or shipping.
